Booking a Hot Tub is Easy
To book one of our luxury hot tub packages please complete the Contact Us page and one of our team will will be on hand to check availability. You will receive confirmation with instructions on how to pay your £50 deposit (£100 for Christmas & New Years Eve packages).
Delivery & Setup
Our luxury hot tubs are set up in around 25 minutes and run on electricity; we require a 13 amp electrical socket (indoor or outdoor) within 20 metres of the hot tub setup location (we supply the extension cable and special dry box).
The tub is filled with water so we will need to be able to connect to a hot or cold water tap (inside or outside); you must supply the hosepipe but if you do not have one please let our team know when booking.
Our luxury hot tubs can be installed on most flat surfaces, for example, patio, decking or grass but the area must be clear of any debris to avoid damaging the hot tub.

Our installers will give you a quick demonstration on how the hot tub, heater and hot air bubble/jet system should be used and the appropriate safety measures to be followed while using the tub; you will receive instructions from the installation team and follow up instructions via email or text after set up.
Payment
Please note that bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. The payment for the hire should be paid to the installation team on delivery.
